- Payments for services are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
- Refunds or rebookings are available only if the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
- For retail products, refunds or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
